Why CRPF keep falling victim to Maoists?
"Police sources, speaking on the condition of anonymity, say that the CRPF personnel are not only poorly trained to operate in jungle terrain but are also reluctant to take on the well-entrenched Maoists. On top of it, the sources say, the CRPF personnel refuse to follow intelligence inputs while launching operations deep in the impregnable forests of Bastar region."

This was an article in a news paper pertaining to the sorry state of affair that prevails in the bastar region of chattisgarh. I really feel very sorry to see such news in the early morning edition of a daily newspaper. We have been facing insurgency problems in the indian subcontinent since independence. To start with separate state demand of punjab, followed by insurgency in kashmir now disturbance in the chattisgarh, west bengal and adjoining area of Jharkhand. Can we ask mr home minister of india what detail plan we have as an proactive approach for this deep problem. Why cant we able to understand simple problem of development, we need to ressure ourself that the gap between have and havenot has reached to such an extent that son of soils are running short of patience. Ignore this and we will have this problem in other pockets too.

Nothing is what it seems....is one of the various dialouge that i like the most, it so happened that once a parish priest started losing faith in god, frustrated by his state of mind decided to pay a visit to the pope sat deep down on his knees and confessed " holy father holy father i no longer believe in god" pope replied " fake it".

I believe, offlate this has started happening in our life also. We carry things, to be precise, for sake of tradition. Tradition is set of belief that a society may have been adhering to, no matter it being right or wrong. They are mere reflection of socio economic and political condition of that time period. It is therefore with the evolution and growth of social sciences we accepted systems approach to the society. In system approach input is ingredient of the syatem with an expectation of an output then process of output is followed by the process of feedback and then it goes into input again with the necessary changes.

In the indian legal system from time to time this process of feedback is reflected through apex court judgement, recomendations of law commission. I am truely thakful that we do have mechanism of feedback.

Dilemma of personal and professional life....

Oflate i have started feeling that one's state of mind is function of his success rate in the professional life. In my childhood we use to think other way round, however fact of the matter is that it has changed. Today perple normally spend 14 hrs in the office environment consequently inertia of this environment is so strong that at time we forget to open our office shoes outside when we enter into our home. This magic of balance between office and home determine our overall success. last time when i had been to my hometown, i got my normal routine health check up done, to my dismay my father told me that i have become a border line case of high blood pressure. I did get anxious but it was definetely not a surprise for me. Kind of stressful personal and professional life i am leading i knew for sure that some life style disease will take me in its grip, but this fast wasn't sure of. In next 3 month i have been advised to reduce weight by at 5 kg. At this point i recollect my child hood memory when newsreader use to read "situation tensed but under control".

We are slave of our perception no matter its right or wrong !!
